Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Green Jade, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Valeria Igorevna Ruban, taxpayer identification number 253600562808, primary state registration number 321253600036136 (the “Operator”). Contact: support@zelenynefrit.ru.

1. The service

Green Jade provides calculated charts based on BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu and Qi Men Dun Jia, saved chart storage, and AI-assisted educational interpretations. The service does not promise a future event or a particular personal, financial, medical, legal or professional outcome.

2. Account and source data

You must provide a valid email address, protect your login credentials, and check the date, time, location, gender and question supplied for a calculation. Chart accuracy depends on the source data. You must have a lawful basis to enter another person's personal data.

3. One-time access packages

English packages are purchased once and do not renew automatically. Access normally lasts 365 days from verified payment activation. The checkout page shows the package, final amount, charged currency, payment provider and available payment method before confirmation. Marketing labels do not override the package allowance shown at checkout and in the account.

4. Digital performance

The Operator begins providing the digital service after verified payment by activating access and making the selected functionality available. Reports and follow-up allowances are consumed only when the corresponding request is successfully accepted under the package rules.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, submit unlawful material, violate another person's privacy, resell account access, or present an AI-assisted interpretation as guaranteed professional advice.

6. Availability and changes

Maintenance, provider outages and circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. Material package changes do not reduce an already activated allowance during its stated access period unless required by law or necessary to prevent abuse or security harm.

7. Intellectual property

The website, software, report structure, original text and visual materials are protected by applicable law. Your personal chart data and lawful personal inputs remain yours; you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use generated results.

8. Liability and responsible use

You remain responsible for decisions made after reading a chart or report. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Responsible-use Disclaimer.

9. Refunds and complaints

Refund requests are handled under the published Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. Contact support with your account email, payment date, package and issue description.

10. Governing law

The Operator is established in the Russian Federation. These Terms are governed by applicable Russian law, including mandatory consumer and personal-data rules. Nothing here removes mandatory rights available to a consumer under applicable law.
