Privacy Policy
The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Valeria Igorevna Ruban, TIN 253600562808. Privacy requests: support@zelenynefrit.ru.
1. Data we process
- account details such as name, email, password hash, language and time zone;
- chart inputs such as a subject name or alias, date, time, place, coordinates, gender where required, question, tags and notes;
- saved calculations, reports and follow-up messages;
- technical security data such as IP address, device/browser information, session identifiers and server logs;
- payment metadata such as amount, status, provider transaction identifier and receipt email. We do not store full card details.
2. Why we process it
We use the data to create and secure accounts, calculate and save charts, generate requested interpretations, apply package allowances, process and confirm payments, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain records required by law, and improve reliability through proportionate analytics.
3. Legal grounds
Depending on the activity, processing is based on your consent, performance of the service contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or the Operator's legitimate interest in security and reliable operation where permitted by applicable law.
4. Service providers
Necessary data may be processed by hosting, email, AI infrastructure, analytics and payment providers. The production provider list and cross-border implications must be reviewed before the English launch. Payment data is handled primarily on the payment provider's hosted page.
5. Storage and retention
Primary service infrastructure is intended to remain in the Russian Federation. Account data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period needed for deletion, support, security and legal duties. Paid chart access is normally 365 days; financial records may be retained for statutory periods. Backups expire on a controlled rotation.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, restriction where applicable, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of data that the Operator is not legally required to retain. You can also ask how your data is used or complain to the competent authority. Requests should be sent from the account email where possible.
7. Other people's data
If you create a chart for another person, you are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis to provide their personal data. Use an alias where the full legal name is unnecessary.
8. Security
The Operator applies access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, logging, backups and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
